This section is devoted to frequently asked questions from my potential clients. If you have a question, please take a few moments to browse through list. Blessings!

Question - How much are your readings?

Answer - The price of my readings depend on the type of reading requested and method of delivery. I offer readings with and without cards by phone, instant messenger and email. A list of all the services I provide can be found in the Products and Services section. The price is located to the right of each reading.

Question - What method of payment do you accept?

Answer - Payments are accepted through PayPal. However, if a client does not have a PayPal account, I also accept Money Orders and Personal Checks. Readings and/or services will not be rendered until payment is received. All personal checks will require a 10 day wait period to ensure clearance.

Question - Do you accept payments over the phone?

Answer - No, I currently do not accept payments over the phone. All orders must be made through Spiral Insights and Paypal.

Question - How quickly can I receive my reading?

Answer - All readings will be scheduled with an average wait period of 24 to 72 hours.

Question - Would I be able to receive a reading quicker if I contact you by phone?

Answer - No. All readings must be scheduled so that I may have time to connect with Spirit and prepare. Psychics cannot be continually connected to Spirit or it would be deplete their energy. Please understand before calling, that I will not be able to give you a reading at that moment.

Question - Do you give free one question readings?

Answer - No. I do not offer free readings.

Question - Is there anything I need to know before calling you to set up a reading?

Answer - Yes. Readings and/or services will not be scheduled or performed until payment is received. If someone is not available to take your call, please leave your name, phone number, a brief message as to the nature of your call and the best time to reach you. Someone will return your call as soon as possible.

Question - When is the best time to call you?

Answer - Clients may call anytime between the hours of 8:30am to 9:30pm eastern. Due to my schedule, someone may not always be available to receive your call, but please leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are calling from a different time zone, and are unsure what time it on the East Coast of the United States, my time is displayed to the left on every page.

Question - I do not live in your country. Can you accomodate the time difference?

Answer - Absolutely! Regardless country, I am very flexible and will accomodate any time zone.
