Self Care Readings can not only help us identify areas we need to address, but can also bring guidance on your most important questions. During these readings I ask your Higher Self, Angels and Spirit Guides what information you need to know right now to address your Self Care issues. So often we invest our energy in taking care of others and are not as good to ourselves. We often then wonder why we are so drained of energy. The truth is that the more we take of ourselves, the more energy, love, and happiness we have to give to others.
